How we keep this up to date
How and when we review the information so it stays accurate and current.
We explain the system. We do not advise on individual cases.
Why this matters
Benefit rules and amounts change over time. For a website about disability benefits, keeping information current is part of being trustworthy. This page explains how we do that.
Our review routine
We aim to review the website on this schedule:
- Each April: we check benefit rates against the new official figures, because most rates change at the start of the tax year.
- When the rules change: if the government changes how a benefit works, we update the affected pages as soon as we reasonably can.
- Ongoing: we correct errors and broken links when we find them or when they are reported to us.
How to tell when a page was last checked
Where shown, a “Last reviewed” date tells you when we last checked a page. For anything time-sensitive — forms, deadlines and current rates — always confirm on the official source: GOV.UK.
Help us keep it accurate
If you spot something out of date or incorrect, please tell us via our contact page.
